Returns Policy

All items are tested and verified to be in working condition prior to the point of sale. Because we sell pre-owned and as-is merchandise, we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined on our Terms and Conditions page.

However, to comply with platform requirements, we allow a 1-day window for return requests in exceptional cases and will do all we can to make it right. Any requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
